Is there a charge for delivery?

No. DeHoney’s does not charge a delivery fee or require an invoice minimum for route service.

Do I have to be home for pickup or delivery?

No. Place garments in the provided bag at your agreed pickup location. Clean garments can be returned there.

How often do you pick up and deliver?

Route customers are serviced twice per week, generally Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday.

Do you use an environmentally friendly process?

DeHoney’s uses odorless cleaning solutions and does not use perchloroethylene.

What do I put my garments in for pickup?

DeHoney’s provides two logoed laundry bags, personalized with your name and a unique account barcode.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and debit cards are accepted. Monthly statements can also be arranged.

How do I make a special one-time request?

Use the Special Request Card supplied with your bag and include clear instructions with the garments.

Who actually cleans my garments?

DeHoney’s owns and operates its own processing plant, controlling the process from start to finish.

Where should I leave clothes for route service?

Most customers use a front porch or another agreed location that is covered and protected from weather.

Can I send shoes for shining or repair?

Yes. Place shoes with your cleaning and note the requested service.

Can I recycle hangers and garment bags?

Yes. Route customers may place used hangers and poly bags inside their DeHoney’s bag. Recycling boxes are also available.
